Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 – UK / Ireland → Johannesburg
Depart from the UK or Ireland on an overnight flight to Johannesburg.
Overnight: Night on board
Day 2 – Arrive Johannesburg
Arrive in Johannesburg and transfer to your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure exploring South Africa’s vibrant economic hub, known for its diverse neighbourhoods, creative food scene and cultural energy.

Day 3 – Johannesburg → Kruger Region
Travel by road from Johannesburg to the Kruger region, passing through the changing landscapes of the Highveld and Lowveld. Enjoy scenic views en route before arriving at your lodge near the national park.
Overnight: Kruger Region
Day 4 – Kruger National Park Safari
Enjoy a full-day 4×4 safari in Kruger National Park, exploring the famous Southern Circle in search of the Big Five. Breakfast is enjoyed on the go, with a lunch stop (not included) during the day.
Return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 5 – Kruger Region at Leisure
Enjoy a free day to relax or explore the surrounding area independently. Optional additional safaris are available for those wishing to maximise wildlife viewing opportunities.

Day 6 – Kruger Region → Johannesburg → Cape Town
Travel by road back to Johannesburg, stopping in Pretoria to view the Union Buildings, the official seat of South Africa’s government. Continue to the airport for your flight to Cape Town.

Day 7 – Cape Town & Table Mountain
Enjoy a hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus ticket, allowing you to explore Cape Town at your own pace. In the afternoon, take the cable car to the summit of Table Mountain for panoramic views across the city and coastline.

Day 8 – Cape Town at Leisure
