Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 – UK / Ireland → Johannesburg
Depart from the UK or Ireland on an overnight flight to Johannesburg.
Overnight: Night on board
Day 2 – Arrive Johannesburg
Arrive in Johannesburg and transfer to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring South Africa’s largest city, known for its diverse neighbourhoods, creative food scene and cultural energy.

Day 3 – Johannesburg → Kruger Region
Travel by road through changing landscapes from the Highveld to the lush Lowveld as you head toward the Kruger region. Enjoy scenic views along the way before arriving at your lodge near the national park.

Day 4 – Kruger National Park Safari
Set out early for a full-day 4×4 safari in Kruger National Park. Explore the famous Southern Circle, home to lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalo and leopards. Enjoy breakfast on the go and stop for lunch (not included) during the day.
Return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 5 – Kruger Region at Leisure
Enjoy a free day to relax or explore the surrounding area independently. Optional additional safari experiences are available for those wishing to maximise wildlife viewing opportunities.

Day 6 – Kruger Region → Johannesburg → Cape Town
Travel by road back to Johannesburg, stopping in Pretoria to view the Union Buildings, the official seat of South Africa’s government. Continue to the airport for your flight to Cape Town.

Day 7 – Cape Town & Table Mountain
Enjoy a hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus ticket, allowing you to explore Cape Town at your own pace. In the afternoon, take the cable car to the summit of Table Mountain for panoramic views across the city and coastline.

Day 8 – Cape Town at Leisure
Free day to explore independently. Optional excursions include a Cape Winelands tour to Stellenbosch or visits to local museums and gardens.

Day 9 – Cape Town at Leisure
Another free day to enjoy Cape Town or join an optional full-day Cape Peninsula excursion, visiting dramatic coastal scenery, penguin colonies and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.

Day 10 – Cape Town → Victoria Falls
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy time at leisure. Optional sunset cruise on the Zambezi River available.

Day 11 – Victoria Falls
Visit the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls, locally known as “The Smoke That Thunders.” Explore various viewpoints to appreciate the scale and power of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 12 – Victoria Falls at Leisure
Free day to relax or join an optional full-day excursion to Chobe National Park in Botswana, combining a game drive and river cruise in one of Africa’s most wildlife-rich regions.
